Mongiwa Hazel Ntuli is graduating with a degree in Actuarial Science from UP at only 17

17 year old Mongiwa Ntuli has become youngest Actuarial Science graduate in the country. She completed her studies at the University of Pretoria and shines the beacon of hope for the future of the country being in the right hands and going down the right path.
