Kanye West Performing at Ellis Park in South Africa in December 2025?

Kanye West has tweeted that he will be performing in South Africa on the 13th of December 2025 at Ellis Park Stadium in Johannesburg. While little information has been shared, the poster was posted from Ye’s official X account (@kanyewest) on Saturday 09 September 2025. The announcement as brief as ever from the challenged super producer and rapper. It will be his only performance in the country but could possibly increase reach and dates with genuine interest.

The issue with credibility comes from the hosts end though, @monyakegroup, not having tweeted since the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. With tickets available on TicketPro, for pre-registration, they could be teasing to gauge real interest to sign the rapper up for the concert to happen. Issues with event promoters of Hey Neighbour, fans will be cautious to purchase tickets to only be denied refunds and in this it would be on TicketPro to protect ticket purchasers from being scammed.
